Easy Returns

You can easily return any item within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

After these 14 days, you still have up to 30 days to exchange the item for something else or receive a voucher.

Free Return Shipping in Germany
We will provide you with a free return label to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
Refund
Once the package has arrived at our facility, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 business days via the original payment method.
Sale Items
You can also return or exchange reduced items – just like regular merchandise.
International Returns
For returns from abroad (outside Germany), customers bear the shipping costs themselves. Please contact us in advance with your order number so we can assist you with the process.
Handicraft & Unique Pieces
All our rugs and cushions are handcrafted unique pieces. Small irregularities or slight differences in color and weaving are not defects, but part of their story – the traces and signature of the women who wove them with dedication.
A Piece on a Journey
