You can easily return any item within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

International Returns
For returns from abroad (outside Germany), customers are responsible for the shipping costs themselves. Please contact us in advance with your order number so we can assist you with the processing.

All our rugs and cushions are handmade, unique pieces. Minor irregularities or slight differences in color and weave are not defects, but rather part of their history—the traces and signature of the women who wove them with dedication.
