Our pieces are carefully packed at our Berlin showroom and shipped via DHL. Every shipment is trackable. For higher-value orders, we add additional shipping insurance, provided it is available for the respective destination country.

Different shipping costs may apply for particularly large or heavy pieces as well as individual destinations. In such cases, we will contact you personally before shipping.

Delivery Times
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 48 hours on business days.
After shipment, the following approximate transit times apply:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: usually 5–10 business days
- International: generally 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination
For shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance and local delivery may take additional time.
If an order includes multiple pieces, we will ship them together whenever possible.
Insurance
DHL shipments include transport liability up to a certain value.
For higher-value pieces, we add additional transport insurance where available. For particularly valuable works or orders over €5,000, we will arrange a suitable shipping solution individually.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are to be borne by the recipient.
We provide all necessary shipping and customs information and will assist with the process if needed.

Each piece is checked, folded, and carefully prepared for shipment in our Berlin showroom.
Many of these textiles have already survived for decades and have traveled long distances. We treat them with the corresponding care on their next journey as well.
