For small international orders (e.g., a single pillow cover), we offer a more affordable shipping option as merchandise mail upon request. Feel free to contact us before your purchase – we’ll find the right solution for you.
Delivery Times
We process your order as quickly as possible – usually within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Shipping is handled directly from our showroom in Berlin via DHL.

Important: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the longest delivery time applies.

In-Store Pickup in Berlin
Are you based in Berlin or nearby? You're welcome to pick up your order in person at the Wild Heart Free Soul showroom. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you via email. In this case, the shipping fee will be completely waived.
