Please note: All our carpets and cushions are handmade unique pieces. Small irregularities are not a defect, but part of their story.

We usually process orders very quickly – mostly within 48 hours.

So, if you want to change something (e.g., address, item, or payment method), please email us immediately after placing your order at selam@wildheartfreesoul.com with your order number.

As long as your package has not been shipped yet, we will do everything we can to make the change possible.

If it is already on its way to you, we can unfortunately no longer adjust it – in this case, our return and exchange policy applies.

Our collection consists of a mix of vintage unique pieces and newly manufactured items.

• The vintage rugs and cushions are carefully selected, cleaned, and – if necessary – restored. Minor signs of wear are part of their character.
  
• The new pieces are crafted according to old artisan traditions – using high-quality, sustainable natural materials.

Our carpets are made exclusively from natural fibers: hand-spun sheep's wool, goat or camel hair, cotton, hemp or jute. These materials make them durable, sustainable, and particularly appealing in their feel and appearance.

Our carpets are exceptionally durable – many of our vintage pieces are already 50 to 80 years old, some antique ones even over 200 years. With proper care, they can easily last for many more decades, often even generations.

The reason: They are made from high-quality natural materials such as hand-spun sheep's wool, goat or camel hair, and are woven using traditional craftsmanship. This makes them significantly more robust and durable than industrially manufactured carpets made from synthetic fibers.

👉 In short: A carpet from Wild Heart Free Soul is not a short-term home accessory, but a lifelong companion that, with good care, can even be inherited.

Most of our vintage kilims are a maximum of two meters wide. The reason: They were made on old wooden looms that had to be manageable and fit into the nomads' tents. In addition, they were intended for personal use in village and nomadic households – rooms with very different dimensions than our modern living spaces.

However, if you are looking for a particularly large rug, there are two options:

• Newly made kilims, rugs, or Tülüs: Woven with traditional techniques on larger looms, sizes up to 5 meters wide are possible – custom-designed to your wishes.
  
• Rare vintage pieces: For example, Eskisehir, Emirdag, or Mihalic kilims, which were previously made on larger looms and therefore are sometimes significantly wider.

Yes, we also custom-make carpets. Together with a Label STEP certified weaving mill in Uşak, Turkey, we work using traditional techniques and offer various weaving and knotting styles – from classic flat weaves to hand-knotted pieces.

You can choose from different high-quality natural materials: hand-spun sheep's wool, goat or camel hair, cotton, or a mixture of these. You are also free to design your own carpet – colors, patterns, and symbolism can be individually implemented.

We weave carpets up to 5 meters wide, with no limit on length. This creates a custom-made unique piece that perfectly fits your space and also carries the soul of traditional craftsmanship.

All our vintage rugs and Kilim cushions are handmade one-of-a-kind pieces that we have selected for their unique character. Once an item is sold, it cannot be reordered or reproduced – it exists only once.

However, on our travels, we constantly discover rugs with similar symbolism, color palettes, or origins. If you like, send us a picture of the piece you liked – we will get in touch as soon as we find something comparable.

Yes. In the greater Berlin area, you can take rugs home to try them out at your leisure.

Outside of Berlin, our 14-day return policy applies with a free return label within Germany.
