Working at Wild Heart Free Soul
Join our team
Wild Heart Free Soul is an independent Berlin-based company specializing in hand-selected vintage and antique kilims from Anatolia.
Our work combines textile craftsmanship, culture, design, and stories. We seek out special pieces, document their origins and the craftsmanship behind them, and bring them into a new context—in our showroom, in our webshop, and increasingly through our editorial work revolving around The Woven World.
Our Berlin showroom is more than just a retail space. It is a place for encounters, consultation, research, photography, stories, and the daily work with a constantly growing textile collection.
We are a small, personal team and work very closely with the objects we deal with—and with the people who come to us.
If you are interested in textiles, craftsmanship, interior design, photography, culture, and storytelling, work with care, and are eager to contribute and learn new things, we look forward to meeting you.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant (m/f/d)
Wild Heart Free Soul · Berlin · Mini-job
Approx. 8–9 hours per week, split into two fixed work blocks by arrangement · Start by arrangement
Do you love organizing things well, do you work quickly and confidently on a computer, and do you also have a good eye for images and details? Do you enjoy familiarizing yourself with digital systems and take pleasure in carefully structuring things and truly seeing them through to completion?
Wild Heart Free Soul is an independent Berlin-based company centered on hand-picked vintage kilims, special textiles, and the living craft culture of Anatolia.
In our Berlin showroom and online shop, we connect these pieces with people who appreciate their quality, history, and artisanal origin.
For the work behind the scenes, I am looking for reliable, structured support who thinks ahead and helps me keep our constantly growing collection visible digitally and well-organized.
Your Tasks
Your focus will be on maintaining and developing our Shopify store.
You will support me by:
- Creating new products in Shopify and updating existing product pages
- Carefully maintaining product data such as dimensions, materials, prices, and stock levels in Shopify and our spreadsheets
- Working with Excel and CSV files and preparing data in a structured way
- Inputting prepared texts, product information, and metafields according to our templates
- Assigning product images, preparing them for the web shop, and uploading them
- Keeping track of our collection: What has already been photographed? What information is still missing? What can go online next?
Additionally, you can support the preparation of newsletters and social media content using existing images and texts.
What you bring
You are very well organized and work quickly, focused, and carefully.
You feel at home on a computer and quickly find your way into new programs and digital processes.
Ideally, you have already worked with Shopify or a comparable shop system.
Excel, spreadsheets, and CSV files do not scare you – on the contrary: You enjoy bringing structure and order to large amounts of information.
You also have a good visual sense for images, colors, and a harmonious presentation.
You are able to work independently, think ahead, ask questions when something is unclear, and reliably keep to agreements.
You also perform recurring tasks attentively and carefully.
An interest in interiors, textiles, design, and crafts is, of course, especially welcome.
What to expect
You will work directly with me as the founder and get a very immediate insight into the day-to-day life of a small, independent company.
I will carefully train you in our processes; we will set clear priorities and, over time, develop routines that allow you to work increasingly independently.
You will work with unique, one-of-a-kind items and can immediately see the impact of your work: a kilim that was previously in the warehouse is photographed, documented, and finally made visible to people all over the world.
We will agree on the two weekly work blocks together.
Sounds like you?
Then send me a short personal introduction, your CV, and your availability.
Feel free to also tell me which programs and digital tools you have already worked with – and what you particularly enjoy about organizing, structuring, and digital work.
I look forward to meeting you.
