3. Cookies
The Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via an internet browser.
Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters by which internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows visited internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.
Through the use of cookies, Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.
By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized in the sense of the user. Cookies allow us, as already mentioned, to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter their access data each time they visit the website, because this is taken over by the website and the cookie stored on the user's computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping cart in the online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping cart via a cookie.
The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.
4. Collection of General Data and Information
The Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler website collects a series of general data and information with each call of the website by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. The following can be recorded: (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer), (4) the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website, (5) the date and time of an access to the website, (6) an Internet Protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
When using this general data and information, Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as the advertising for it, (3) ensure the permanent functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, and (4) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyberattack. This anonymously collected data and information is therefore evaluated statistically by Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler on the one hand and furthermore with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company, in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
5. Registration on our Website
The data subject has the possibility to register on the website of the controller by providing personal data. Which personal data is transmitted to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for registration. The personal data entered by the data subject are collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller and for their own purposes. The controller may arrange for the transfer to one or more processors, for example, a parcel service provider, who also uses the personal data exclusively for internal use attributable to the controller.
By registering on the controller's website, the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the data subject, the date, and the time of registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that only in this way can the misuse of our services be prevented, and these data, if necessary, make it possible to investigate committed criminal offenses. In this respect, the storage of this data is necessary to secure the controller. As a matter of principle, this data is not passed on to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to pass it on or the passing on serves the purpose of criminal prosecution.
The registration of the data subject with the voluntary provision of personal data serves the controller to offer the data subject content or services that, due to the nature of the matter, can only be offered to registered users. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address entered for the first time by a data subject for newsletter dispatch in a double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail serves to verify whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject has authorized the receipt of the newsletter.
When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the data subject at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary to be able to trace the (possible) misuse of a data subject's e-mail address at a later date and therefore serves the legal protection of the controller.
The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will be used exclusively for sending our newsletter. Furthermore, subscribers to the newsletter could be informed by e-mail if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a related registration, as could be the case in the event of changes to the newsletter offer or a change in technical circumstances. No personal data collected as part of the newsletter service is passed on to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter can be canceled by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data that the data subject has given us for the newsletter dispatch can be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revoking consent, a corresponding link can be found in every newsletter. There is also the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter dispatch directly on the website of the controller at any time or to inform the controller of this in another way.
7. Newsletter Tracking
The newsletters of Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such e-mails that are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters will be stored and evaluated by the controller to optimize newsletter delivery and to better tailor the content of future newsletters to the interests of the data subject. This personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Data subjects are entitled to revoke the separate declaration of consent given via the double opt-in procedure at any time. 12. Data protection provisions on the use of Facebook
The controller has integrated components of the company Facebook on this website. Facebook is a social network.
A social network is a social meeting place operated on the Internet, an online community that generally allows users to communicate with each other and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences or enables the Internet community to provide personal or business-related information. Facebook enables social network users, among other things, to create private profiles, upload photos, and network through friend requests.
The operating company of Facebook is Facebook, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The controller for the processing of personal data, if a data subject lives outside the USA or Canada, is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) has been integrated, is accessed, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Facebook component to download a display of the corresponding Facebook component from Facebook. A complete overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be accessed at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=de_DE. Within the scope of this technical procedure, Facebook gains knowledge of which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is simultaneously logged in to Facebook, Facebook recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject visits with each call to our website by the data subject and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the Facebook component and assigned by Facebook to the respective Facebook account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our website, for example the "Like" button, or if the data subject posts a comment, Facebook assigns this information to the personal Facebook user account of the data subject and stores this personal data.
Facebook always receives information via the Facebook component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is simultaneously logged in to Facebook at the time of calling up our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Facebook component or not. If the data subject does not want such a transfer of this information to Facebook, he or she can prevent the transfer by logging out of his or her Facebook account before calling up our website.
The data policy published by Facebook, which is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing, and use of personal data by Facebook. Furthermore, it explains which settings Facebook offers to protect the data subject's privacy. In addition, various applications are available that make it possible to suppress data transmission to Facebook. Such applications can be used by the data subject to suppress data transmission to Facebook.
13. Data protection provisions regarding the use and application of Google AdSense
The controller has integrated Google AdSense on this website. Google AdSense is an online service that enables the placement of advertisements on third-party sites. Google AdSense is based on an algorithm that selects advertisements displayed on third-party sites to match the content of the respective third-party site. Google AdSense allows for interest-based targeting of the internet user, which is implemented by generating individual user profiles.
The operating company of the Google AdSense component is Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of the Google AdSense component is the integration of advertisements on our website. Google AdSense places a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Alphabet Inc. is enabled to analyze the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Google AdSense component has been integrated, is accessed, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Google AdSense component to transmit data to Alphabet Inc. for the purpose of online advertising and the billing of commissions. Within the scope of this technical process, Alphabet Inc. gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the data subject, which Alphabet Inc. uses, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently to enable commission billing.
The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the internet browser used, as described above, and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent Alphabet Inc. from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie already set by Alphabet Inc. can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.
Google AdSense also uses so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in web pages to enable log file recording and log file analysis, which allows for statistical evaluation. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, Alphabet Inc. can recognize whether and when a web page was opened by a data subject and which links were clicked by the data subject. Tracking pixels are used, among other things, to evaluate the flow of visitors to a web page.
Through Google AdSense, personal data and information, including the IP address, which is necessary for the collection and billing of the displayed advertisements, are transferred to Alphabet Inc. in the United States of America. This personal data is stored and processed in the United States of America. Alphabet Inc. may pass on this personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
Google AdSense is explained in more detail at this link: https://www.google.de/intl/de/adsense/start/.
14. Data Protection Provisions for the Use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)
The controller has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection, gathering, and evaluation of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. A web analysis service collects, among other things, data about which website a data subject has come from to a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for what duration a subpage was viewed. Web analysis is predominantly used for the optimization of a website and for the cost-benefit analysis of internet advertising.
The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The controller uses the "_gat._anonymizeIp" add-on for web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this add-on, the IP address of the internet connection of the data subject is shortened and anonymized by Google if access to our websites takes place from a member state of the European Union or from another contracting state of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our websites, and to provide other services associated with the use of our website.
Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyze the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, is accessed, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. Within the scope of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the data subject, which Google uses, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently to enable commission billing.
Personal information, such as the access time, the location from which access originated, and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject, is stored via the cookie. Each time our websites are visited, this personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by the data subject, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass on this personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the internet browser used, as described above, and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, the data subject has the option to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics related to the use of this website, as well as the processing of this data by Google. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on at the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on tells Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about website visits may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered an objection by Google. If the data subject's information technology system is deleted, formatted, or reinstalled at a later point, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or another person attributable to their sphere of influence, there is the possibility of reinstalling or reactivating the browser add-on.

15. Data protection provisions regarding the use and application of Google Remarketing
The controller has integrated Google Remarketing services on this website. Google Remarketing is a function of Google AdWords that allows a company to display advertisements to internet users who have previously visited the company's website. The integration of Google Remarketing thus allows a company to create user-related advertising and consequently display interest-relevant advertisements to the internet user.
The operating company of Google Remarketing services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google Remarketing is to display interest-relevant advertising. Google Remarketing allows us to display advertisements via the Google advertising network or to have them displayed on other websites that are tailored to the individual needs and interests of internet users.
Google Remarketing places a cookie on the data subject's information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to recognize visitors to our website when they subsequently visit websites that are also members of the Google advertising network. Each time a website on which the Google Remarketing service has been integrated is accessed, the data subject's internet browser automatically identifies itself to Google. Within the scope of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address or the user's browsing behavior, which Google uses, among other things, to display interest-relevant advertising.
Personal information, such as the websites visited by the data subject, is stored via the cookie. With each visit to our websites, personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by the data subject, is therefore transferred to Google in the United States of America.
Furthermore, the data subject has the option to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must call up the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each internet browser they use and make the desired settings there.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
16. Data protection provisions regarding the use and application of Google AdWords
The controller has integrated Google AdWords on this website. Google AdWords is an internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads both in Google's search engine results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords enables an advertiser to pre-define certain keywords, by means of which an ad is displayed in Google's search engine results only when the user retrieves a keyword-relevant search result with the search engine. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed on thematically relevant websites by means of an automatic algorithm and taking into account the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of Google AdWords services is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third-party companies and in the search engine results of the Google search engine, and to display third-party advertising on our website.
If a data subject reaches our website via a Google ad, Google places a so-called conversion cookie on the data subject's information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify the data subject. The conversion cookie tracks, if the cookie has not yet expired, whether certain sub-pages, for example the shopping cart of an online shop system, have been accessed on our website. Through the conversion cookie, both we and Google can track whether a data subject who reached our website via an AdWords ad generated revenue, i.e., completed or abandoned a purchase.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are in turn used by us to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via AdWords ads, i.e., to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads for the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the data subject.
Personal information, such as the websites visited by the data subject, is stored via the conversion cookie. Each time our websites are visited, personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used by the data subject, is therefore transferred to Google in the United States of America.
Such a setting of the internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the data subject's information technology system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, data subjects have the option to object to Google's interest-based advertising. To do so, the data subject must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each internet browser they use and make the desired settings there.
Further information and Google's applicable data protection regulations can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
17. Data Protection Provisions on the Use and Application of Instagram

The operating company of Instagram's services is Instagram LLC, 1 Hacker Way, Building 14 First Floor, Menlo Park, CA, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which an Instagram component (Insta button) has been integrated, is accessed, the internet browser on the data subject's information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective Instagram component to download a display of the corresponding Instagram component. As part of this technical process, Instagram becomes aware of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is simultaneously logged into Instagram, Instagram recognizes which specific sub-page the data subject visits each time our website is accessed by the data subject and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected by the Instagram component and associated by Instagram with the respective Instagram account of the data subject. If the data subject activates one of the Instagram buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transferred with it are assigned to the data subject's personal Instagram user account and stored and processed by Instagram.
Instagram always receives information via the Instagram component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is simultaneously logged into Instagram at the time of accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Instagram component or not. If the data subject does not want such a transmission of this information to Instagram, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their Instagram account before accessing our website.
Further information and Instagram's applicable data protection regulations can be accessed at https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388 and https://www.instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

Further information on LinkedIn plug-ins can be accessed at https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins. As part of this technical process, LinkedIn becomes aware of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is simultaneously logged into LinkedIn, LinkedIn recognizes which specific sub-page of our website the data subject visits each time our website is accessed by the data subject and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected by the LinkedIn component and associated by LinkedIn with the respective LinkedIn account of the data subject. If the data subject activates a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the data subject's personal LinkedIn user account and stores this personal data.
LinkedIn always receives information via the LinkedIn component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is simultaneously logged into LinkedIn at the time of accessing our website; this occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. If the data subject does not want such a transmission of this information to LinkedIn, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their LinkedIn account before accessing our website.
LinkedIn offers the option to unsubscribe from email messages, SMS messages, and targeted ads, as well as manage ad settings, at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls. The operating company of Twitter is Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a Twitter component (Twitter button) has been integrated, is accessed, the internet browser on the data subject's information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective Twitter component to download a display of the corresponding Twitter component from Twitter. Further information on Twitter buttons can be found at https://about.twitter.com/de/resources/buttons. As part of this technical process, Twitter becomes aware of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject. 21. Data Protection Provisions on the Use and Application of YouTube
The controller has integrated components of YouTube on this website. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows video publishers to upload video clips free of charge, and other users to view, rate, and comment on them, also free of charge. YouTube permits the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, as well as music videos, trailers, or user-generated videos, can be accessed via the internet portal.
The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, is accessed, the internet browser on the data subject's information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a display of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google become aware of which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the data subject.

The operating company of Klarna is Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
If the data subject selects either "purchase on account" or "installment purchase" as a payment option during the ordering process in our online shop, data of the data subject will be automatically transmitted to Klarna. By selecting one of these payment options, the data subject consents to this transmission of personal data, which is necessary for processing the invoice or installment purchase or for identity and credit checks.
The personal data transmitted to Klarna usually includes first name, last name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, and other data necessary for processing an invoice or installment purchase. Personal data related to the respective order is also necessary for processing the purchase contract. In particular, there may be a reciprocal exchange of payment information, such as bank details, card number, validity date and CVC code, item quantity, item number, data on goods and services, prices and tax charges, information on previous purchasing behavior, or other information on the financial situation of the data subject.
The purpose of transmitting the data is, in particular, identity verification, payment administration, and fraud prevention. The controller will transmit personal data to Klarna in particular when there is a legitimate interest in the transmission. The personal data exchanged between Klarna and the controller is transmitted by Klarna to credit agencies. This transmission serves the purpose of identity and credit checks.
Klarna also shares personal data with affiliated companies (Klarna Group) and service providers or subcontractors to the extent necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on their behalf.
To decide on the establishment, execution, or termination of a contractual relationship, Klarna collects and uses data and information about the data subject's past payment behavior as well as probability values for their future behavior (so-called scoring). The scoring is calculated based on scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedures.
The data subject has the option to revoke their consent to the handling of personal data at any time vis-à-vis Klarna. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used, or transmitted for the (contractual) payment processing.
Klarna's applicable data protection regulations can be found at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/policy/data/de_de/data_protection.pdf.
23. Payment Method: PayPal Data Protection Regulations
The controller has integrated components of PayPal on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts, which are virtual private or business accounts. PayPal also offers the option of processing virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. A PayPal account is managed via an email address, which means there is no classic account number. PayPal allows online payments to be initiated to third parties or payments to be received. PayPal also assumes trustee functions and offers buyer protection services.
The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
If the data subject selects "PayPal" as a payment option during the ordering process in our online shop, data of the data subject will be automatically transmitted to PayPal. By selecting this payment option, the data subject consents to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.
The personal data transmitted to PayPal usually includes first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. Personal data related to the respective order is also necessary for processing the purchase contract.

PayPal may disclose personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on behalf of the controller.
The data subject has the option to revoke consent to the handling of personal data by PayPal at any time. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used, or transmitted for the (contractual) payment processing.
PayPal's applicable data protection regulations can be accessed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.
24. Payment Method: Sofortüberweisung Data Protection Regulations
The controller has integrated components of Sofortüberweisung on this website. Sofortüberweisung is a payment service that enables cashless payment for products and services on the Internet. Sofortüberweisung represents a technical process through which the online merchant immediately receives a payment confirmation. This enables a merchant to deliver goods, services, or downloads to the customer immediately after the order.
The operating company of Sofortüberweisung is SOFORT GmbH, Fußbergstraße 1, 82131 Gauting, Germany.
If the data subject selects "Sofortüberweisung" as a payment option during the ordering process in our online shop, data of the data subject will be automatically transmitted to Sofortüberweisung. By selecting this payment option, the data subject consents to the transmission of personal data required for payment processing.
When processing a purchase via Sofortüberweisung, the buyer transmits the PIN and TAN to Sofort GmbH. Sofortüberweisung then, after technical verification of the account balance and retrieval of further data to check account coverage, executes a transfer to the online merchant. The completion of the financial transaction is then automatically communicated to the online merchant.
The personal data exchanged with Sofortüberweisung includes first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. The purpose of transmitting the data is payment processing and fraud prevention. The controller will also transmit other personal data to Sofortüberweisung if there is a legitimate interest in the transmission. The personal data exchanged between Sofortüberweisung and the controller may be transmitted by Sofortüberweisung to credit bureaus. The purpose of this transmission is to verify identity and creditworthiness.
Sofortüberweisung may disclose personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on behalf of the controller.
The data subject has the option to revoke consent to the handling of personal data by Sofortüberweisung at any time. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used, or transmitted for the (contractual) payment processing.
The applicable data protection regulations of Sofortüberweisung can be found at https://www.sofort.com/ger-DE/datenschutzerklaerung-sofort-gmbh/.
25. Legal basis for processing
Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for our company for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations that are necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of another service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation by which the processing of personal data becomes necessary, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may become necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor to our premises were injured and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information had to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6 I lit. d GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh this. Such processing operations are particularly permitted to us because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He was of the opinion that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).
26. Legitimate interests in the processing pursued by the controller or a third party
If the processing of personal data is based on Article 6 I lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest is to carry out our business activities for the well-being of all our employees and shareholders.
27. Period for which the personal data will be stored
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.
28. Statutory or contractual provisions for the provision of personal data; necessity for the conclusion of the contract; obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of non-provision
We inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary for the conclusion of a contract that a data subject provides us with personal data that must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company concludes a contract with him or her. Non-provision of the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before the data subject provides personal data, the data subject must contact one of our employees. Our employee clarifies to the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data, and what consequences the non-provision of the personal data would have.
29. Existence of automated decision-making
As a responsible company, we refrain from automatic decision-making or profiling.
This privacy policy was created by the privacy policy generator of DGD Deutsche Gesellschaft für Datenschutz GmbH, which acts as an external data protection officer Leipzig, in cooperation with the data protection lawyer Christian Solmecke.

4. Collection of general data and information
The website of the Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites, (5) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (8) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
When using these general data and information, the Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, the Wild Heart Free Soul / Beyza Özler analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
5. Registration on our website
The data subject has the possibility to register on the website of the controller with the indication of personal data. Which personal data are transmitted to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for the registration. The personal data entered by the data subject are collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller, and for his own purposes. The controller may request transfer to one or more processors (e.g. a parcel service) that also uses personal data for an internal purpose which is attributable to the controller.
By registering on the website of the controller, the IP address—assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject—date, and time of the registration are also stored. The storage of this data takes place against the background that this is the only way to prevent the misuse of our services, and, if necessary, to make it possible to investigate committed offenses. Insofar, the storage of this data is necessary to secure the controller. This data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a statutory obligation to pass on the data, or if the transfer serves the aim of criminal prosecution.
The registration of the data subject, with the voluntary indication of personal data, is intended to enable the controller to offer the data subject contents or services that may only be offered to registered users due to the nature of the matter in question. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.
During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a data subject at a later date, and it therefore serves the aim of the legal protection of the controller.
The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will only be used to send our newsletter. In addition, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the newsletter offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the data subject has given for shipping the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. Such personal data collected in the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and analyzed by the controller in order to optimize the shipping of the newsletter, as well as to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the data subject. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Data subjects are at any time entitled to revoke the respective separate declaration of consent issued by means of the double-opt-in procedure. This storage of the IP address takes place for security reasons, and in case the data subject violates the rights of third parties, or posts illegal content through a given comment. The storage of these personal data is, therefore, in the own interest of the data controller, so that he can exculpate in the event of an infringement. 14. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Facebook
On this website, the controller has integrated components of the enterprise Facebook. Facebook is a social network.
A social network is a place for social meetings on the Internet, an online community, which usually allows users to communicate with each other and interact in a virtual space. A social network may serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences, or enable the Internet community to provide personal or business-related information. Facebook allows social network users to include the creation of private profiles, upload photos, and network through friend requests.
The operating company of Facebook is Facebook, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. If a person lives outside of the United States or Canada, the controller is the Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet website, which is operated by the controller and into which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-ins) was integrated, the web browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to download display of the corresponding Facebook component from Facebook through the Facebook component. An overview of all the Facebook Plug-ins may be accessed under https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. During the course of this technical procedure, Facebook is made aware of what specific sub-site of our website was visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is logged in at the same time on Facebook, Facebook detects with every call-up to our website by the data subject—and for the entire duration of their stay on our Internet site—which specific sub-site of our Internet page was visited by the data subject. This information is collected through the Facebook component and associated with the respective Facebook account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the Facebook buttons integrated into our website, e.g. the "Like" button, or if the data subject submits a comment, then Facebook matches this information with the personal Facebook user account of the data subject and stores the personal data.
Facebook always receives, through the Facebook component, information about a visit to our website by the data subject, whenever the data subject is logged in at the same time on Facebook during the time of the call-up to our website. This occurs regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Facebook component or not. If such a transmission of information to Facebook is not desirable for the data subject, then he or she may prevent this by logging off from their Facebook account before a call-up to our website is made.
The data protection guideline published by Facebook, which is available at https://facebook.com/about/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by Facebook. In addition, it is explained there what setting options Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the data subject. In addition, different configuration options are made available to allow the elimination of data transmission to Facebook. These applications may be used by the data subject to eliminate a data transmission to Facebook.
15. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google AdSense
On this website, the controller has integrated Google AdSense. Google AdSense is an online service which allows the placement of advertising on third-party sites. Google AdSense is based on an algorithm that selects advertisements displayed on third-party sites to match with the content of the respective third-party site. Google AdSense allows an interest-based targeting of the Internet user, which is implemented by means of generating individual user profiles.
The operating company of Google's AdSense component is Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
The purpose of Google's AdSense component is the integration of advertisements on our website. Google AdSense places a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. The definition of cookies is explained above. With the setting of the cookie, Alphabet Inc. is enabled to analyze the use of our website. With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and into which a Google AdSense component is integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject will automatically submit data through the Google AdSense component for the purpose of online advertising and the settlement of commissions to Alphabet Inc. During the course of this technical procedure, the enterprise Alphabet Inc. gains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the data subject, which serves Alphabet Inc., inter alia, to understand the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently create commission settlements.
The data subject may, as stated above, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such an adjustment to the Internet browser used would also prevent Alphabet Inc. from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. Additionally, cookies already in use by Alphabet Inc. may be deleted at any time via a web browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, Google AdSense also uses so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in web pages to enable a log file recording and a log file analysis through which a statistical analysis may be performed. Based on the embedded tracking pixels, Alphabet Inc. is able to determine if and when a website was opened by a data subject, and which links were clicked on by the data subject. Tracking pixels serve, inter alia, to analyze the flow of visitors on a website.
Through Google AdSense, personal data and information—which also includes the IP address, and is necessary for the collection and accounting of the displayed advertisements—is transmitted to Alphabet Inc. in the United States of America. These personal data will be stored and processed in the United States of America. The Alphabet Inc. may disclose the collected personal data through this technical procedure to third parties.
Google AdSense is further explained under the following link https://www.google.com/intl/en/adsense/start/.
16. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)
On this website, the controller has integrated the component of Google Analytics (with the anonymizer function). Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analytics is the collection, gathering, and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. A web analysis service collects, inter alia, data about the website from which a person has come (the so-called referrer), which sub-pages were visited, or how often and for what duration a sub-page was viewed. Web analytics are mainly used for the optimization of a website and in order to carry out a cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.
The operator of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
For the web analytics through Google Analytics the controller uses the application "_gat. _anonymizeIp". By means of this application the IP address of the Internet connection of the data subject is abridged by Google and anonymised when accessing our websites from a Member State of the European Union or another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the traffic on our website. Google uses the collected data and information, inter alia, to evaluate the use of our website and to provide online reports, which show the activities on our websites, and to provide other services concerning the use of our Internet site for us.
Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. The definition of cookies is explained above. With the setting of the cookie, Google is enabled to analyze the use of our website. With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and into which a Google Analytics component was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject will automatically submit data through the Google Analytics component for the purpose of online advertising and the settlement of commissions to Google. During the course of this technical procedure, the enterprise Google gains knowledge of personal information, such as the IP address of the data subject, which serves Google, inter alia, to understand the origin of visitors and clicks, and subsequently create commission settlements.
The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which the access was made, and the frequency of visits of our website by the data subject. With each visit to our Internet site, such personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, will be transmitted to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass these personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
The data subject may, as stated above, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such an adjustment to the Internet browser used would also prevent Google Analytics from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already in use by Google Analytics may be deleted at any time via a web browser or other software programs.
In addition, the data subject has the possibility of objecting to a collection of data that are generated by Google Analytics, which is related to the use of this website, as well as the processing of this data by Google and the chance to preclude any such. For this purpose, the data subject must download a browser add-on under the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and install it. This browser add-on tells Google Analytics through a JavaScript, that any data and information about the visits of Internet pages may not be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-ons is considered an objection by Google. If the information technology system of the data subject is later deleted, formatted, or newly installed, then the data subject must reinstall the browser add-ons to disable Google Analytics. If the browser add-on was uninstalled by the data subject or any other person who is attributable to their sphere of competence, or is disabled, it is possible to execute the reinstallation or reactivation of the browser add-ons.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google may be retrieved under https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and under http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html. Google Analytics is further explained under the following Link https://www.google.com/analytics/.
17. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google Remarketing
On this website, the controller has integrated Google Remarketing services. Google Remarketing is a feature of Google AdWords, which allows an enterprise to display advertising to Internet users who have previously resided on the enterprise's Internet site. The integration of Google Remarketing therefore allows an enterprise to create user-based advertising and thus shows relevant advertisements to interested Internet users.
The operating company of the Google Remarketing services is the Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.
The purpose of Google Remarketing is the insertion of interest-relevant advertising. Google Remarketing allows us to display ads on the Google network or on other websites, which are based on individual needs and matched to the interests of Internet users.
Google Remarketing sets a cookie on the data subject's information technology system. The definition of cookies is explained above. With the setting of the cookie, Google enables a recognition of the visitor to our website if they call up consecutive web pages that are also a member of the Google advertising network. With each call-up to an Internet site on which the service has been integrated by Google Remarketing, the web browser of the data subject automatically identifies with Google. During the course of this technical procedure, Google receives personal information, such as the IP address or the surfing behavior of the user, which Google uses, inter alia, for the insertion of interest-relevant advertising.
The cookie is used to store personal information, e.g., the Internet pages visited by the data subject. Each time we visit our Internet pages, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America.
Such an adjustment to the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, cookies already in use by Google may be deleted at any time via a web browser or other software programs.
In addition, the data subject has the possibility of objecting to interest-based advertising by Google. For this purpose, the data subject must call up the link to www.google.de/settings/ads and make the desired settings on each Internet browser used by the data subject.
Further information and Google's actual data protection provisions may be retrieved under https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
18. Data protection provisions about the application and use of Google-AdWords
On this website, the controller has integrated Google AdWords. Google AdWords is a service for Internet advertising that allows the advertiser to place ads in Google search engine results and the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define specific keywords with the help of which an ad on Google's search results is only displayed when the user utilizes the search engine to retrieve a keyword-relevant search result. In the Google Advertising Network, the ads are distributed on relevant web pages using an automatic algorithm, taking into account the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of Google AdWords is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, UNITED STATES.
The purpose of Google AdWords is the promotion of our website by the inclusion of relevant advertising on the websites of third parties and in the search engine results of the search engine Google and an insertion of third-party advertising on our website.
If a data subject reaches our website via a Google ad, a conversion cookie is filed on the information technology system of the data subject through Google. The definition of cookies is explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after 30 days and is not used to identify the data subject. If the cookie has not expired, the conversion cookie is used to check whether certain sub-pages, e.g., the shopping cart from an online shop system, were called up on our website. Through the conversion cookie, both Google and the controller can understand whether a person who reached an AdWords ad on our website generated sales, that is, executed or canceled a sale of goods.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to create visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are used in order to determine the total number of users who have been served through AdWords ads to ascertain the success or failure of each AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads in the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the data subject.
The conversion cookie stores personal information, e.g., the Internet pages visited by the data subject. Each time we visit our Internet pages, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass these personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.
The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as stated above, by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from placing a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the data subject. In addition, a cookie set by Google AdWords may be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
The data subject has a possibility of objecting to the interest-based advertisement of Google. Therefore, the data subject must access from each of the browsers in use the link www.google.de/settings/ads and set the desired settings.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google may be retrieved under https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

27. Legal basis for the processing
Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, when processing operations are necessary for the supply of goods or to provide any other service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services. Is our company subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1) lit. d GDPR. Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data. Such processing operations are particularly permissible because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a client of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).
28. The legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party
Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR our legitimate interest is to carry out our business in favor of the well-being of all our employees and the shareholders.
29. Period for which the personal data will be stored
The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.
30. Provision of personal data as statutory or contractual requirement; Requirement necessary to enter into a contract; Obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of failure to provide such data
We clarify that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or can also result from contractual provisions (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary to conclude a contract that the data subject provides us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal data when our company signs a contract with him or her. The non-provision of the personal data would have the consequence that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the data subject, the data subject must contact any employee. The employee clarifies to the data subject whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and the consequences of non-provision of the personal data.
31. Existence of automated decision-making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
This Privacy Policy has been generated by the Privacy Policy Generator of the German Association for Data Protection that was developed in cooperation with RC GmbH, which sells used IT and the filesharing Lawyers from WBS-LAW.
