Uşak Vintage Kilims – Preserved Treasures in Woven Form
This hand-woven kilim from Uşak, crafted in the 1950s, is an expression of nomadic craftsmanship. Woven using the fine Cicim weaving technique, it is made of black goat hair – a material that nomads used not only for kilims but also for their tents, as it is particularly durable and weather-resistant.

Its symbols tell stories of protection, permanence, and hope:
The Sandık (Dowry Chest) represents everything valuable and worth preserving, while Elibelinde (the Mother Figure) symbolizes fertility and care. Yıldız (Stars) bring good fortune, Göz (the Eye) protects against negative influences, and Su Yolu (Flowing Water) embodies the constant change of life.

This kilim is not just an artfully woven piece, but a symbol of permanence and tradition, created for generations.
Hand-woven, Dimensions: 165×122cm – a rare, powerful unique piece of nomadic culture.
