Our vintage kilims come from various regions of Anatolia in Turkey. They were handcrafted on traditional looms and bear the personal signature of their weavers.
Weaving technique, pattern, and coloring differ depending on the region and piece. The fabrics combine traditional craftsmanship with individual design. This diversity defines the Wild Heart Free Soul collection.
Everyday use
Vacuum regularly and carefully using low suction power and without the rotating brush. Avoid the fringes. A suitable rug pad provides stability and protects the fabric. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight.
For stains
Blot spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cotton cloth. Do not rub or soak. Please consult us before any further stain treatment and avoid using stain removers or home remedies.
Cleaning
Thorough cleaning should be carried out by a specialist company experienced in hand-woven kilims. Do not machine wash or steam clean.
