Our vintage kilims come from various regions of Anatolia in Turkey. They were handcrafted on traditional looms and bear the personal signature of their weavers.
Weaving techniques, patterns, and color schemes differ depending on the region and the individual piece. Traditional craftsmanship and individual design combine in these textiles. This diversity defines the Wild Heart Free Soul collection.
Daily use
Vacuum carefully and regularly on a low setting without the rotating brush. Avoid the fringes. A suitable rug pad provides grip and protects the fabric. Protect from continuous direct sunlight.
For stains
Blot up spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cotton cloth. Do not rub or soak. Please consult us before further stain treatment and do not use stain removers or home remedies.
Cleaning
A thorough cleaning should be carried out by a specialist company experienced in hand-woven kilims. Do not machine wash or steam clean.
