Daily use
Vacuum carefully and regularly on a low suction setting and without the rotating brush. Avoid the fringes. A suitable rug pad provides stability and protects the fabric. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight.
For stains
Blot spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cotton cloth. Do not rub or soak. Please consult us before any further stain treatment and avoid stain removers and household remedies.
Cleaning
A thorough cleaning should be carried out by a specialist trained in hand-woven kilims. Do not machine wash or steam clean.
We are happy to assist you with professional cleaning and any questions you may have regarding care.
