Our vintage kilims come from various regions of Anatolia in Turkey. They were handcrafted on traditional looms and bear the personal signature of their weavers.
Weaving techniques, patterns, and colors differ depending on the region and the individual piece. These textiles combine traditional craftsmanship with individual design. This diversity defines the Wild Heart Free Soul collection.
Everyday use
Vacuum regularly and carefully using a low suction setting and without the rotating brush. Avoid the fringes. A suitable rug pad provides stability and protects the weave. Protect from constant, direct sunlight.
For stains
Blot up spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cotton cloth. Do not rub or soak. Please consult us before attempting further stain treatment and avoid using stain removers or home remedies.
Cleaning
Thorough cleaning should be carried out by a specialist familiar with hand-woven kilims. Do not machine wash or steam clean.
