Our vintage kilims come from various regions of Anatolia in Turkey. They were handcrafted on traditional looms and bear the personal signature of their weavers.

Weaving technique, patterns, and coloring vary depending on the region and piece. The textiles combine traditional craftsmanship with individual design. This diversity defines the collection at Wild Heart Free Soul.

Everyday care
Vacuum regularly and carefully on a low setting without using a rotating brush. Avoid the fringes. A suitable rug pad provides stability and protects the fabric. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight.

For stains
Blot up spilled liquids immediately with a clean, white cotton cloth. Do not rub or soak. Please consult with us before any further stain treatment and avoid using stain removers or household remedies.

Cleaning
Thorough cleaning should be carried out by a specialist company that deals with hand-woven kilims. Do not machine wash or steam clean.
